Is AxHost free?
Basic hosting is free and does not require a credit card. Administrators grant higher plans on request, subject to capacity. The website does not currently accept paid orders.
Is 200 MB available for each bot?
No. Silver includes 200 MB RAM shared across the entire account. Two bots split that budget. Gold includes 250 MB in total.
Can I host Minecraft or a website?
Standard users can only create Discord and Telegram bots. Administrators have broader options for their own services.
Is uninterrupted operation guaranteed?
We do not offer a contractual SLA or a guaranteed response time. Real health checks and reported incidents are available on the status page.
Who can see my ticket?
You and the hosting administrators. Attachments can only be downloaded after signing in with permission to access that ticket.
Can I use multiple accounts to get around limits?
No. Evading resource limits or abusing capacity is not allowed. Request an upgrade instead.
Why does my bot appear offline?
First check the console and service status. A stopped process, an invalid token and a panel-to-node connection problem are different issues. Give support the first relevant error line without any secrets.
Where can I request a higher plan?
Open an upgrade request in the panel. An administrator can approve it, reject it or provide a reason. Approval is not automatic.
