RAM, CPU and common errors

Reading the console and recognising resource limits.

Memory is shared across your account

Bronze provides 128 MB RAM for one service. Silver provides 200 MB shared between up to two services, and Gold provides 250 MB shared between up to two services. Silver does not mean 200 MB for each bot: allocating 100 + 100 MB uses the entire budget.

What CPU percentages mean

100% represents the capacity of one CPU core. The 25%, 50% and 65% limits apply to each server according to its plan. They do not reserve a whole core or guarantee a particular speed.

Out of memory / OOM

The process exceeded its available memory. Reduce caching and concurrent work, and check libraries and memory leaks. Avoid loading large files unnecessarily. If your application cannot fit, request a higher plan; approval depends on the administrator and available capacity.

Startup errors

  • Missing file: check the startup path and filename capitalisation.
  • Missing library: check package.json or requirements.txt.
  • Invalid token: check your configuration and replace the token on the platform if necessary.
  • Image pull error: send support the image name and relevant output without secrets.
  • Error connecting: check the status page first. Distinguish a console connection problem from an application error.
  • Panel error 429: wait for the indicated time. If it recurs during normal use, report the page path and approximate time.
