Download source files and important data through the panel or SFTP. Export databases separately; application files alone are not a database backup. For a consistent copy, briefly stop the application or use its own export feature.
Panel backups
The panel supports creating and restoring backups, but availability depends on your service allowance and storage configuration. A zero backup limit means backups are not included in your service. We do not guarantee automatic off-site backups for every free account.
Access restored
Download the current state first. A restore may overwrite files, so check which version you are restoring. Afterwards, verify configuration, dependencies and bot responses. Do not reuse an old leaked token included in a backup.
Scheduled restarts
You can create tasks in Schedules if your permissions allow it. Check the time zone and interval. Frequent restarts are not a substitute for fixing a memory leak. Wings can respond to process crashes, but repeated crashes close together may stop further automatic restarts.
